Target Audience

This activity is intended for nurse leaders and managers that would be interested in learning more about the concept of emotional intelligence and incorporating the practice into their daily leadership activities.

Nurse leaders need the tools to be able to incorporate emotional intelligence into their leadership practice behaviors.

  1. Incorpate one strategy in their daily practice to enhance emotional intelligence after the presentation.
