This activity is intended for nurse leaders and managers that would be interested in learning more about the concept of emotional intelligence and incorporating the practice into their daily leadership activities.

Nurse leaders need the tools to be able to incorporate emotional intelligence into their leadership practice behaviors.
Upon completion of this activity learners should be able to:
- Incorpate one strategy in their daily practice to enhance emotional intelligence after the presentation.
